I picked up this report today from SolarHam.net
Quite a bit happening on the Sun this morning. Not only is departed Sunspot 1564 putting on a show off the western limb, a large prominence is also located in the northern hemisphere.
This period according to Piers Corbyn was put in as an "R3", again I must stress that this was from a forecast from nearly two weeks ago and he may have underestimated this period...more to follow.
