The USGS.gov snapshot taken today shows a Strong Earthquake in the Southern Philippine Island of Mindanao and is in the same time frame as the R4 period posted on the 23rd October.
This period (1st - 4th November) is the for the November "Apogee", the actual day for this event was the 1st November and a SECOND "Apogee" is due on the 28th....More to follow.
