As expected Cyclone "Gino" has hit CAT2, and it also happened at the start of the February "R5" Period. It looks to be placed in a safe part of the Ocean away from high populated areas, and unlike the recent Cyclones that have gone to this level and upwards, I'm glad to report the long term forecast for this is to dissipate sooner then later...more to follow....image via TropicalStormRisk.com
