Finally, common sense on global warming
Bravo for having the sense and courage to write about a surprising, controversial but intelligent report from the Royal Society of Britain. This news highlights how the society admits they have changed their mind about some of their opinions on global warming. Enough of the alarmism on CO2 and global warming. Why are we blaming CO2 for the warming when the world's scientists have not submitted factual evidence that CO2 is the cause?
Why aren't we studying other factors, including solar activity, and the long cycles of climate variation including the ice ages? Why are we allocating hundreds of millions of dollars for carbon trading and Alberta's carbon capture?
Let's spend the money wisely. Wouldn't those dollars be better used for environmental climate energy research, global education or world water supply? In Alberta, this would mean innovative research for solar energy or using more of our natural gas instead of coal to generate electricity.
