The PDO and AMO are controlled by variations in the Earth's natural, but NOT constant fission which produces heat and the daughter atoms of multiple fission reactions. These daughter atoms are under enormous heat and pressure and form 'elemental' molecules and compounds. The hot gas portion of these fission products is then outgased and immediately liquified at the ocean floor. The result is an ocean at MAXIMUM saturation of a number of gases.
