Can you have a site named ClimateChangeDebate.Com that does not want to listen to both sides of the debate? Well it looks like you can.
Here is the goodbye message from CCD to Piers Corbyn.

Climate Change: The EPA has prepared a finding for review that global warming is a public health threat, the first step toward regulating the American economy down to your lawn mower.
We are often told how the pursuit of alternative energy will help save the earth from climate change and create lots of green jobs. Advocates rarely use the phrase "global warming" any more because the earth is in fact no longer warming, and hasn't for a decade due to a decline in solar activity and other natural factors.
They prefer the phrase "climate change" because it can cover a multitude of things such as snow in Malibu or blizzards during global warming conferences and protests. They want to hide the fact that the Earth is not warming. They also want to hide the fact the futile regulation of greenhouse gases will produce an unintended consequence — green unemployment.

For socialists, apocalyptic theories that have the potential to scare people into giving up capitalism and their freedom have a certain undeniable appeal.
But then, sometimes unpleasant interference known as reality intrudes and the whole image just melts (pun intended).
Stuart Shepard’s latest Stoplight® commentary examines how even the thinnest of global warming “evidence” has melted away, leaving Al Gore and his acolytes all wet.

Scientists from the University of Sheffield and Queen's University Belfast have made a unique discovery which will help us understand one of the most puzzling features of the Sun. The research has helped explain why the outside atmosphere of the Sun is actually hotter than the inner photosphere.
The surface of the Sun, known as the photosphere, reaches temperatures of 5,000 degrees. It would seem logical that the temperature is lower further away from the Sun; however the outer atmosphere, known as the corona, can reach temperatures of over a million degrees.

BECAUSE the increase in the concentration of atmospheric carbon dioxide has correlated with an increase in the use of fossil fuels, causation has been assumed. Tom Quirk has tested this assumption including through an analysis of the time delay between northern and southern hemisphere variations in carbon dioxide. In a new paper in the journal Energy and Environment he writes:
“Over the last 20 years substantial amounts of CO2 derived from fossil fuel have been released into the atmosphere. This has moved from 5.0 gigatonnes of carbon in 1980 to 6.2 gigatonnes in 1990 to 7.0 gigatonnes in 2000… Over 95% of this CO2 has been released in the Northern Hemisphere… “A tracer for CO2 transport from the Northern Hemisphere to the Southern Hemisphere was provided by 14C created by nuclear weapons testing in the 1950’s and 1960’s.The analysis of 14C in atmospheric CO2 showed that it took some years for exchanges of CO2 between the hemispheres before the 14C was uniformly distributed…

The following comment from Physorg.Com New Sun-Watching Instrument to Monitor Sunlight Fluctuations highlights the "old" school of thinking as to the infulence of "Solar Irradiance" on the Earth's climate.
The article mentions an averaged impact to the Earth's climate over the "11 year" cycle as a 0.1% change. This is wrong on both counts, firstly the correct Sun cycle length is "22 years" due to the Sun's magnetic reversal, and secondly there is a compounded effect from a succession of Active solar cycles on the Earth ocean's.

Helen Chivers, of the Met Office, said: 'It's going to be quite a contrast to the warm and sunny weather of the last two weekends, but it is pretty typical for March. This is the time of year when we get unsettled weather - a mixture of the end of winter and the start of spring.' March opened with showers, heavy rain and snow for parts of the UK but gave way to the spring-like conditions of the last ten days. Today is forecast to start sunny for much of the UK, but with cloud and rain moving down from the North. 'It is likely to be the last day of sunshine for a while,' she said. 'Wednesday will be showery with the chance of sleet or hail over hills.

Once people realize that humans are not causing global warming and the IPCC claims are scientifically unjustified, despite strong support by environmentalists, two questions logically follow. What is the motive and how has such a situation developed? I examined the political motive in a series of articles starting here;
Those articles focus on the political motive but only touch briefly on the philosophical context and that needs further understanding.
The dogmatism of believers in human caused climate change, despite overwhelming contradictory evidence, is religious in its fervor. It is similar to the adoption of environmentalism as a religion by many for whom climate change is simply a subset. The question is how has this occurred? To get the answer you need to consider a series of events that at first seem unrelated.
