This was your first post in this thread and I can find no other where you asked a specific question. Maybe you are confused still and you asked in another thread

Wait wait. Stephen has not been "awarded" anything by RMetS; he is an Associate Fellow (formal title) which is "member" for any plain vanilla purpose. Check the RMetS website, send in your money, and you too will "award" RMets (note the direction of travel of this "award") with your tax-deductible contribution, and instantly become a so-called Associate Fellow. Stephen's amateur interest is laudable, but in terms of professional qualification he's no different from you, me, or Popeye The Sailor Man. He paid his money and took his choice.
Ask him where you can pick up a copy of even one paper of his that has seen scientific peer review and publication in a professional journal.
I am older than you are.
Hmmmm. Come to think of it (scratching head) I'm not certain that Stephen is actually even an "Associate". I'd have to backtrack and check on this but I'm soooo lazy. I think he may really just be a plain ol' Member. Capital M, though. Ain't THAT something? It used to be you could see a list of all Fellows, and Members, at the RMetS website. Don't know if that's still the case, but if you really want to see if you can catch me out, go to their site and contact their director's office. They'll be glad to clarify the point.
I have no desire to take the time to review your countries cultural oddities. Stephen explained the situation and that was good enough for me. As far as peer review is concerned. Peer review no longer has any value when they allow through the garbage that has passed through peer review such as the Hockey stick and regurgitation of the hockey stick.
Also the topic was diverted by Groupie long ago and now you are diverting it once again.
If you are older than I then your behavior is excusable due to Senior dementia but you should see your doctor as your meds are not effective enough to control your delusions.
If you were in the US i could put you in touch with a few really good research institutes that specialize in your condition as they were my customers but I am not familiar with what is being done in your country.
