Spencer Michels interviews one of the nations's most read climate skeptics Anthony Watts. Watts believes much of the data used to support global warming theories is faulty. The big problem, as Watts sees it, is that the stations were temperatures are gathered are too close to urban developments where heat is soaked up and distorts the readings. So it looks like the earth is warming though it may not be.

Anthony Watts, he believes in the discredited greenhouse effect and won't allow discussion of 'slayers" theories on WUWT. ALso he be-littles this Climate Realist site on his site.
I don't think his pet theory of the weather stations holds that much water either. Studies have shown the urban heat island effect works both ways and does not account for the temperature increase.
Watts is a luke- warmer no better than Monckton or Spenser.

Watts does offer a wide range of subjects and allows a wide range of comments with few edits. He is tireless in exposing alarmism. It is unfortunate that he does deny the Thermodynamic and Radiation Theory defects in AGW that the Slayers have presented. It is unfortunate that he is so dismissive of Piers Corbin. The internet has altered the world science metric. We have many ingrained perceptions to change, and the good news, every epiphany is permanent.
