The more times I put together this information the more times I am confident that Piers Corbyn is on the right path with his Solar/Lunar theory being more right then wrong.
Cyclone "Evan" is currently forecast to be a Cat 1 today and soon to be a Cat 2 from the latest information chart from TropicalStormRisk.com, and using this as a "guide" it fits in with the "Red Warning" chart I issued yesterday.

Air New Zealand has cancelled its flights in and out of Samoa as Cyclone Evan begins to pound the South Pacific nation. The eye of the cyclone was expected to pass over Samoa's capital of Apia shortly.
Tourists staying in beach fales around the country have been told to move inland and schools and government offices have closed. The New Zealand High Commissioner Nick Hurley says Evan so far was "a bit like a good Wellington storm" this morning...click stuff.co.nz link for more.
