A common feature for a high "R" (4-5+) period is that storms are enhanced, and without exception, Cyclone "Evan", according to NASA and other sources, has now intensified to a Cat 3 and could go even higher.....see also Tropical Storm "power up" may be a sign the "Perigee and New Moon" period is underway!

Tropical Cyclone Evan is due to pick up its intensity as it approaches Fiji says the Nadi Met Office director Alipate Waqaicelua. As of this morning, the eye of Cyclone Evan was located some 40 km north east of Apia. I'm not sure how much "Man Made" CO2 is in the Earth's Atmosphere.
There is .04% CO2 in the Earth's Atmosphere and of that "Man" has added an extra 4% (1 part in 62,500)
