Piers Corbyn's detailed forecast produced on 5th JULY and repeated at start of August specified the 25-28th, and especially the 26th, as the most violent weather in Britain & Ireland of ten weather periods in August; then along come the remnants of Hurricane Bill - setting out 11 days before and traversing 7,000 miles of ocean to strike Scotland Ireland and Britian in the right region and right day. How can this be?
