Hansen says the heat wave that struck Texas and Oklahoma last summer and the Moscow heat wave of 2010 (which caused 11,000 deaths in the city) are examples of three-sigma anomalies. In a paper published last year in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Stefan Rahmstorf and Dim Coumou of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, in Germany, wrote that it was 80 percent probable that the Moscow heat wave had been caused by global warming.
“These three-sigma anomalies,” Hansen says, “we can now say are due to global warming.” But what about the extreme cold snaps climate-change deniers keep pointing to? Even with global warming, Hansen told Time.com in an email, there “is still a broad bell curve. In fact, it has become broader, which means there will still be times when a season is colder than average. When that happens [people] should not say, ‘What happened to global warming?’ It will still be there — they are just looking at natural variability.”...

TIME TO WISE-UP! IT'S THE SUN WOT DOES IT AND IT'S PREDICTABLE!
The CO2 warmists problem is there is no evidence for their claims, only evidence against. The idea that every extreme that comes up is evidence of their proposition is totally anti-scientific and dishonest whatever pseudo-statistics it's wrapped in; even more so when one knows an increasing number of these extremes are being explicitly forecast in long range using solar activity (with lunar modulation) - nothing to do with CO2!
For example ALL the major extreme events of 2011 listed by AccuWeather at the end of the year were long-range predicted (weeks or months ahead) by WeatherAction.com . This included explicit warning of the tornado swarm which destroyed Joplin. The March USA heatwaves were also specifically predicted by WeatherAction 3 weeks ahead -

The specific West Russian heatwave 2010 talked about by Hansen was explicitly forecast by WeatherAction as was the date of its ending (Aug 15th) and associated solar explosions along with the simultaneous ending of the super rains causing the massive floods in Pakistan. These things happened together because the major changes in the Jet stream are all caused by solar activity - and are predictable under our WeatherAction Solar-Lunar-Action-Technique, with specific extreme weather event forecasts being confirmed at the rate of 85%.
CO2, or Galactic Cosmic Rays, or any other weather/climate proposition hitherto do not move the jet stream and have no forecasting power or value and must be assigned to the dustbin of history before their proponents, in the case of CO2, get away with any more wrecking of the world economy and ordinary people's lives.
