In a few days the Earth will hit TWO significant Lunar phases with an active period of Solar Activity. Piers is forecasting that the Earth is in for rough ride! Regular readers would have seen his notes and FREE USA forecast to Anthony Watts about this period and the rest of July.
First the July "Apogee" period, the furthest monthly period of the Moon, Piers has this down as an R4, so he expects higher then average Solar Events on the Sun.
A few days later we hit the July "New Moon" period, this is when we go into a new Moon phase, Piers gives this a TOP Solar Active period at R5.
We have had several extreams of Heat and Flood during the July "Full Moon" period, it looks as if there is more of the same coming our way any time soon.......hold onto your hats....more to follow in the next few days.
